This stunning three-bedroom, private pool, and spa, offers 3,285 square feet of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. The application fee of $38.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A $1,000 monthly utility fee deposit is required when signing the agreement.

Outdoor: 
Take in the golf and lake views in this amazing walled-in back patio! Take a dip in the pool and enjoy the desert scene. Grill up some lunch on the built-in natural gas barbecue. Catch some rays on one of the four lounge chairs or on the tanning shelf. Challenge family and friends to a game of ping pong! Enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table with seating for 6 under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. Engage in some sparkling conversation in the seating area for four while catching the big game on the 42-inch Samsung HD television. Wash off the fun of the day and take a soak in the spa while enjoying some cocktails. Get away from the fun on the back patio in the front courtyard! Kick back and take in the roaring fireplace with seating for four or a cocktail table with seating for two.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch HDTV television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. Stay cool under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 8 and a breakfast table overlooking the pool and golf course with seating for 4. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for 4. The wet bar is located next to the kitchen and features a mini-fridge, sink, juicer, and bar-height dining with seating for 4. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. Upon entering, you'll find a convenient home office space to your left. This area is equipped with a desk and a rolling chair, double table lamps for adequate lighting, an additional chair, and, for your furry friend, a doggy door to the left for your small pooch's convenience. 

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located across the dining area and features a King-sized Bed, Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, 32-inch Vizio HD television, double-sided natural gas fireplace, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and built-in shelf with clothes hanger rod located with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located next to the dining room and features a King-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

 Casita Suite 3 is located in the front courtyard and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 32-inch HD Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a wardrobe with a kitchenette. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

The hallway powder room is located next to Suite 2 and features a pedestal sink.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.
