The spacious backyard offers everything one would need to enjoy their time in the desert. Start your day off bright and early with the refreshing pool perfect for swimming laps or lounging on the tanning shelf on one of two loungers. Challenge your family in a game of pool basketball and then soak up the sun and catch up on your favorite book while relaxing on one of two patio recliners. Swim the day away while the family chef grills up some burgers on the built-in natural gas barbeque, or some Kabobs on the charcoal Kabob grill. Enjoy your favorite lunch on the patio dining table with seating for eight under the switch-controlled ceiling fan or enjoy the game on the 55 inch TCL televison. Play a friendly game of Classic Bean Bag Toss Game then put the kids down for bed and enjoy some sparkling conversation around the natural gas fire table with seating for four. Get away from the crowd and talk privately at the bistro table with seating for two in the front entryway.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoors:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of an 80-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort, which includes three Twin-sized Sofa sleepers. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for six. Head over to the game area to challenge a friend in a competitive round of foosball. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the landing area and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-Sized Day Bed with Twin Trundle, 32-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-ii. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks and a makeup counter.

Bedroom 2 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor next to the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a Queen-sized Bed, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. 

Bedroom 5 is located Next to the front door and features two Full-sized Beds and a switch-controlled ceiling fan. Adjoining, bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

The upstairs hallway bathroom is located upstairs next to Bedroom 3 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. This Property has a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
