Watch the kids play in the pool from the large palapa, which offers plenty of shade and seating, this area features misters, a fire table and outdoor television. The palapa is perfectly lighted and bright enough for late night chats. Dinners can be prepared on the built-in natural-gas barbecue and can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with seating for six. Lounge on one of six recliners, or challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong. Head over to the side yard where you will find the luscious lawn, a basketball hoop and Classic Bean Bag Toss Game, and you can enjoy the view from the modern hammock.

The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. A formal dining table is located near the home's entrance and features a formal dining table with seating for six. The bonus room features a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper.
