Outdoor:

Enjoy a meal alfresco for eight under the cabana, which is illuminated with the party lights.

Indoors:
This home opens up to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung French door refrigerator with a freezer drawer and water/ice dispenser. This beautiful kitchen offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops, a large stainless steel double sink, stainless steel dishwasher and a stainless steel 5-burner DeLonghi range. Enjoy dinners at the breakfast nook with dining for seven, or enjoy company at the island with seating for four. Challenge each other to a game of pool (not pictured) located just inside the front door. Enjoy each other's company in the bar with bar dining for four and a 50-inch TCL Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan and Twin Convertible Sofa Sleeper.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located upstairs at the end of the hallway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 48-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan and walk-in closet with access to the back deck and patio. Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and two vanity sinks and a vanity with a mirror.

Suite 2 is located downstairs, first door on the right and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a private, en suite bathroom that features a tile shower, vanity sink and laundry room. Bedroom 3 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 50-inch Samsung HDTV television with Roku stick, remote-controlled ceiling fan and reach-in closet.  Bedroom 4 is located next to bedroom 3 and features two Full-sized Beds, switch controlled ceiling fan and a reach-in closet.  Bedroom 5 is located next to Suite 2 and features a Queen-sized Bed. Hallway bathroom 3 is located upstairs and features a tile shower and sink.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.  Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
