Outdoor: 
If you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, Peaceful Palms is your home! This magnificent backyard has so many fun activities to keep you busy and many areas to the lounge so you can relax the day away. Start your day with a swim in the refreshing pool, then catch up on your favorite book on one of five lounge chairs. Your meals can be prepared on the propane-fueled barbecue and enjoyed on the patio dining table with seating for six. After dinner, grab your favorite cocktail and relax next to the natural gas fire pit on two comfortable Ariondirock chairs. Let the fun continue with a friendly game of Ping-Pong, Classic Bean Toss game or Giant Connect 4. Put the kids to bed and enjoy star-gazing on the comfortable hammock or the patio seating area. The possibilities are endless and Peaceful Palms.                                                                                                                     

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a large kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 76-inch Sony Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Frigidaire french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. Just off the kitchen, you will find a Billiards table where you can challenge a friend to a game of 8-Ball. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the entry and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Bed, 44-inch Samsung Smart television, a ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

Suite 2 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features two Queen-sized Beds, a Queen-sized Round Bed, 43-inch Samsung Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Casita Suite 3 is detached from the home and located near the pool and features a Queen-sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 is located next to the entry and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper, 44-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan.

The hallway powder room is located across from Bedroom 4 and features a vanity sink.

Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
