CLEANING PROTOCOL: There isn’t anything more important to us than the wellbeing, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with clinic grade sanitizing solutions and our house cleaners are working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may emerge. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. We want to make sure all of our guests feel comfortable and know they are walking into a clean and sanitized house.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: The property is fully furnished with Spectrum cable/satellite TV and Free high-speed wireless internet (400 MBPS). The Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, Ninja blender, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), and a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
KITCHEN AMENITIES: The kitchen is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).We have also provided plasticware for outside dining near/around the pool.
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods.
ENTERTAINMENT: Large private designer Pool/ Spa, BBQ, well-lit outdoor dining, Regulation size Bocce Ball court, Regulation size Volleyball court, Regulation sized Pickleball court, nine-hole miniature golf course, Ping pong table, Pool table, TVs located in each room of the house and two outside and floaties available.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, Trampoline, and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to the oleander plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Guests enjoy full access to The Wicket Estate, including the spacious outdoor area and refreshing pool.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ***We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing, sample contract, and contact us with any questions.
*After your booking is confirmed, please provide us with your email address and cell phone number. 72 hours prior to your check-in date you will receive a message with all pertinent house information. Guests are required to provide acknowledgment and adherence to regulations, as any fines received will be passed onto the guest.
*Additionally, Booking Guest will be required to sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of a valid ID at check-in.
House Rules
1. *STRICT*. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking. House can hold up to 6 vehicles.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed on the premises
6. No pets allowed
7. Must be 25 years old to book

Please follow the rules. Guests are responsible for all fines incurred during the reservation: $2500 fines for Noise complaints, $2500 DJ fine, and eviction may follow.
Please note we provide the basic toiletries for guests to start with (ie. shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
Pool heating offered at $250 per day. Spa heating is offered at $125 per day. If pool heating is paid for, spa heating is automatically included. All added items (Pool heat, SPA heat, Early check-in, pet fees to be sent to the owner 48 hours in advance to allow time
Please note that the pool is large and will need at least 24-48 hours to heat to the desired temp. Please notify your property manager in advance that you would like the pool heated.
*If you will be attending an event (concert, sporting event, etc.) and in the event, it is canceled you will not be provided a full refund if it is outside of the time frame outlined in our cancellation policy.
Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only, not in private areas.
House protected by noise aware. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. note: this does not record audio just noise levels.
