Communal Amenities: 
Enjoy a refreshing swim or soak in the large communal pool and spa. Stay active with the well-equipped gym or engage in some friendly competition on the tennis and pickleball courts. Don't miss out on the vibrant classes offered at the lifestyle center, which include yoga sessions, Tai-chi & stretch, and aqua classes. For those planning to use the communal amenities, remember to call ahead for tennis court reservations. Please note that hours may vary, and only four guests are allowed at communal amenities at a time. Get ready for a vacation filled with activities and relaxation! 

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the switch-controlled ceiling fan and enjoy laying back on the couch, which includes a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for 3. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located in the hallway and features a King-sized Bed, a 55-inch Samsung Smart television, a desk, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located across Hallway Bathroom 2 and features two Twin-sized Beds, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a white 5-drawer dresser with shelving.

Bedroom 3 is located next to the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 50-inch Samsung HD television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. 

Hallway Bathroom 2 is located next to Maser Suite 1 and features a step-in tile shower and a vanity sink.
Hallway Bathroom 3 is located next to Bedroom 2 and features a bathtub and shower combo and double vanity sinks.
