Enjoy the stunning backyard and impress your friends with your hidden talent on the Billiards table or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your vacation. This property is ideal for larger families looking for more than one vacation home; next door is Suite Spot, which can accommodate 8 guests, the perfect two homes for a family reunion or large gathering!

The pool and spa are heated through solar heating to 78 degrees, sunshine permitting. Morning pool temperatures may be lower. For an additional cost of $200 per day the pool can be heated with a gas heater to maintain the temperature of 82 degrees throughout the day. Heating of the spa to 102 degrees is included with the already included utility fee.

Outdoor:
The Terrace will make you feel as if you reserved your private resort. Head out to your sprawling backyard oasis to take a relaxing dip in the large pool, then warm up in the heated spa. Walls and tall fencing provide plenty of privacy to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon lunch. Catch up on your favorite game on the outdoor television under the covered patio, or gather on the patio seating next to the gas fire-pit. There’s a natural gas grill for evening cookouts, alfresco dining space for eight, plus a rolling stretch of lawn. Set up the Classic Bean Bass Toss Game and host a tournament on the grass. Enjoy the bench in the walled front courtyard, which offers a serene perch. Get ready to enjoy every minute at The Terrace.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 72-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including Quarts countertops and bar-height dining with seating for six. The game area will have you challenging your friends on the Billiards table and the Shuffle board table. Break a sweat on the exercise bike, then relax with the family for the rest of the day.  No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 62-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, a stand-alone closet with shelves and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and a vanity sink.

Suite 2 is to the right of the entrance and features two Queen Over Queen Bunk Beds, two 44-inch Samsung Smart televisions, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a stand-alone closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower, bathtub combo, and vanity sink.

Suite 3 is located to the right of the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 50-inch Insignia Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closets. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and a vanity sink.

The hallway powder room is located near the garage featuring a vanity sink.
