CLEANING PROTOCOL: There isn’t anything more important to us than the wellbeing, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with clinic grade sanitizing solutions and our house cleaners are working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may emerge. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. We want to make sure all of our guests feel comfortable and know they are walking into a clean and sanitized house.
Outdoor:
Have a blast with family and friends in the backyard that has it all! Slide into fun on the winding pool slide or catch some rays on the tanning shelf. Enjoy the beautiful weather on one of the five lounge chairs or in the covered cabana. Challenge your friends in the bean bag toss game, jumbo connect 4, pool, or head into the enclosed garage for a game in ping pong. After you put the kids down, head out to the fire pit with seating for seven and enjoy a much-needed cocktail.

This vacation home opens up to a great spacious room and with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 70-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort, a large remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a wet bar with sink. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 10. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Kenmore side by side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for 4. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located at the end of the hallway next to the great room and features a King-sized bed, a Queen-sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper, a 55-inch Vizio Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with a Twin-sized bed and mini exercise room featuring an indoor cycle bike, free weights and a flat bench along with access to the back patio. Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and hers vanity sinks.
Suite 2 is located at the end of the hallway on the right and features two Queen-sized Beds, a Twin-sized rollaway, a 50-inch TCL by Roku Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. A private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the front door and features a Cal King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 50-inch TCL by Roku Smart television, a ceiling fan, and a couple of luggage racks with access to the side patio. The adjoining bathroom features a tile shower and a pedestal sink.

Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

*After your booking is confirmed, please provide us with your email address and cell phone number. 72 hours prior to your check-in date you will receive a message with all pertinent house information. Guests are required to provide acknowledgment and adherence to regulations, as any fines received will be passed onto the guest.
*Additionally, Booking Guest will be required to sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of a valid ID at check-in.

1. *STRICT*. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.

3. No overnight street parking. House can hold up to 6 vehicles.

*If you will be attending an event (concert, sporting event, etc) and in the event, it is canceled you will not be provided a full refund if it is outside of the time frame outlined in our cancellation policy.
Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only, not in private areas.
House protected by noise aware. It's a noise monitoring system that records decibel levels to make sure city noise ordinances are followed. note: this does not record audio just noise levels.
WAIVO SECURITY DEPOSIT WAIVER
I. AGREEMENT
On behalf of Luxury Desert Escape, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $5,000, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions.
Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $5,000. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS
This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of god
2. Prior damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art or collectibles
This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. A stain or spillage is considered damage.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 3 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
