How to Reserve
Book your stay online by using our secure website or call our in-house Reservation Team at 760.469.4966 to help guide you to the perfect home for your trip. On occasion, our website may show little or no properties as available for your dates when there may actually be gaps in the calendar. Our Agents are available seven days a week for questions and assistance.
Searching for a Property
Our website offers many search features to help you find the perfect vacation rental. From the home page, you can start your initial search by entering your location, desired check-in date, desired check-out date, number of bedrooms and number of guests. After clicking the “Search” button, you can further narrow your results by choosing filters such as Area and Amenities. After selecting your preferences, browse through the resulting list of available homes. Depending on the time of year, we offer flexible 2 to 5-night minimum stays at most of our properties. If you are looking for a stay but don’t see open calendar dates on our website, be sure to contact us using the chat feature or by phone at 760.469.4966 for assistance. Our Reservation Team can inform you of open gap days that may be available for you to book.

Payment Information
Payment terms vary by the origin of the booking.
Direct Bookings: a down payment of 50% of the total booking amount is due to reserve the home (in addition to a signed Rental Agreement). The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
Airbnb Bookings: Airbnb handles all payments and payment schedules directly, you can reach them at 760.469.4966.
HomeAway/VRBO: a down payment of 50% of the total booking amount is due to reserve the home (in addition to a signed Rental Agreement). The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. You may also pay by ACH/Electronic Check (US Only) as long as it follows the payment schedules listed above.
Special Offers
View special offers online or call our Reservation Team at 760.469.4966 to ask about our listed specials. To redeem a special offer, please make sure the correct code is entered in the box labeled “Promo Code”, then click Redeem. The invoice will update with the offered discount if the reservation meets the offer requirements. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments please be sure to include them in the “Booking Comments” box, located on Step 3 of the checkout process.
Rental Agreement
Your reservation is not confirmed until your Rental Agreement has been electronically signed and the down payment has been received. You have three (3) days to sign your Rental Agreement and return it back to us. Reservations arriving within 15 days must sign their Rental Agreement within 24 hours. Once you sign the Rental Agreement you will receive an email with a copy of the signed Rental Agreement along with the next steps prior to your check-in date.
