The application fee of $40.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A utility security deposit of $500 for every 15 nights of the rental period, commencing on day one, is required when signing the agreement.

The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a Cosmo French door refrigerator with an ice dispenser. You'll enjoy cooking in this bright and airy kitchen with all-white cabinets and a stunning Arabesque Mosaic backsplash. It offers everything one needs to create a perfect meal, including granite countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located next to the front door and features a King-sized Bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and spacious his and hers reach-in closets with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and a vanity sink.

Flex Suite 2, which doubles as an Office, is located at the end of the hall and features a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 45-inch Hitachi HD television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.
