This vacation home opens up to the spacious gourmet kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances and cabinet paneled GE Profile french door refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops. The kitchen bar accommodates 4 seats or sit down for a family dinner with dining for 10, which also features a roaring fireplace with two seats and a 65-inch Roku Smart television. The living room offers plenty of room to lounge in front of the 75-inch Sony Smart television in comfort or open the push out glass doors to take in the fresh air outside. Built-in speaker system is disabled in accordance with city and HOA noise ordinances. Just off the living room is a spectacular pool table and wet bar which features a sink, mini-fridge, and bar height seating for 4.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, 60-inch LG HDTV television, workspace table, electronic sunshade, switch controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with an armoire with access to the back patio. Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and hers vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 2 is located in the front courtyard and features a Cal King-sized Bed, Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, 42-inch Vizio HDTV television, switch controlled ceiling fan, and free-standing garment rack. The mid-sized kitchenette is all you need, which features a microwave, mini-fridge, sink and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Suite 3 is located next to the kitchen and features two Full-sized Beds, 42-inch Vizio HDTV television, switch controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 4 is located next to suite 3 and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 42-inch Vizio HDTV television, switch controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a combo shower/tub and a vanity sink. The hallway powder room is located between suites 3 and 4 and features a vanity flower pedal sink.
