Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a large kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 65-inch LG Smart television in comfort. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including Quartz countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the entryway and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 44-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 2 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features a King-sized Bed, 41-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, 41-inch Vizio Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located across from Bedroom 3 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.

The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponge and, dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry pods. This property also features parking for 4 which includes  2 in the driveway, 2 on the street and no garage access.

Location: Bermuda Palms is in one of the very best locations, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
