Indoors:
Check out the family room next to the dining area and kitchen in the comfortable love seat and couch. Challenge family to a game on the Playstation 4 on the 50-inch TCL Roku television. After you put the kids down for the night enjoy the fireplace in the family room to wind down from the amazing day at the Casa Del Sol. Whip up a quick meal or holiday meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all Frigidaire Stainless Steel appliances, which include a french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, range, and large double sink. The dining area has chairs and benches seating for six. The Game room is located off of the living area and features a pool table, television, and access to Suite 3 with access to the back patio through a sliding glass door.

Bedrooms Description:
Master Suite 1 is located next to Casita Suite 3 features a Cal-King sized bed, 50-inch Roku television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and private access to the back patio through the sliding glass door. The en suite bathroom is a private oasis, complete with a tiled shower, marble countertops, dual vanity sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet equipped with shelving. 

Suite 2 is located across from the living room and features a Queen-sized Bed, Roku HD television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and dresser with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a decorative vanity sink.

Casita Suite 3 features a living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, two large reach-in closets, and a bathroom. Casita Suite 3 can be accessed from three different points: through the home from the hallway, from the street, and from the backyard through the sliding door. This suite boasts a spacious living area with a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, a Roku HD television, and a coffee table. The kitchenette area is well-equipped with a 4-burner range, a built-in microwave, and a sink. You can gather for meals at the dining table that comfortably seats 6. In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable King-sized Bed, another remote-controlled ceiling fan, a Roku HD television, a reach-in closet, and a clothing dresser. The sliding glass door in the bedroom provides access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo, along with a vanity sink.
