Outdoor: 
Begin your day with a plunge in the pool, complete with a centerline, or indulge in relaxation in the spillover spa. Lounge on one of the four poolside chairs or the new day bed and take in the sun's rays, or gather around the natural gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for a cozy evening.  During the day play some corn hole or throw axes games that have been added to the backyard for extra fun. Fire up the standalone propane grill for a barbecue feast and dine at the outdoor table with seating for eight. Enjoy your evening under the inviting glow of the party lights. Plus, there's a convenient dog run area for your furry friend on the side of the house. Your ideal getaway awaits! 

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace for all your comfort. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. You can bring the fun indoors with the shuffleboard table in the living room. Enjoy some friendly competition right at home! Guests of all ages can have a blast with the Desert Sunsation Arcade, packed with 2600 classic 80's games! Enjoy endless entertainment with a selection of board games. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including marble countertops and bar-height dining with seating for 6. Prepare to share your mixology talents at the bar area, fully stocked with a wide range of glassware including champagne flutes, wine glasses, martini glasses, and a pitcher. You'll find essential tools such as a cocktail shaker, bar spoon, and wine stand to craft your favorite drinks with style. Cheers to a great time! No spices, condiments, or oils are provided. 

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, a 55-inch Toshiba Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. A private reading corner is at your disposal for a relaxing escape. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks. 

Suite 2 is accessible through the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located near the front door and features a Twin-sized Day Bed with Twin Trundle, a 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a clothing hanger rod. 
Bedroom 4 is located next to Hallway Bathroom 2 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. 
Bedroom 5 is located next to bedroom 4 and features a Twin Over Full with Full Trundle Bunk Bed, an arcade with a collection of 2600 classic games from the 80s, a 43-inch Toshiba Smart television, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet. 

Hallway Bathroom 3 is located next to Bedroom 4 and features a tile shower and two vanity sinks.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.  Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.
