Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Master Suite 1 is located next to Suite 2 and features a super-plush King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, HDTV, a changing Electric Fireplace, ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a Lasko soaking tub, a tile shower with a raised bench, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter. 

Suite 2 is located next to Bedroom 6 and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Full-sized Bed, and a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. Suite 2 also boasts a large HDTV, desk, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the garage and is also accessible from the private courtyard. Suite 3 features a King-sized Bed, HDTV, desk, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Detached Casita 4 offers a King-sized bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, and a 65-inch TCL Smart TV, ideal for a peaceful escape. It also features an ensuite bathroom, a vanity sink, and a tile shower with granite countertops for added convenience. Detached Casita 5 offers even more space and versatility. It features a King-sized bed, a sofa, a 65-inch TCL Smart TV and a convenient reach-in closet to store belongings. The kitchenette has an under-counter refrigerator, including a high-capacity ice maker, microwave oven, sink, beautiful slab granite counters, and raised European-height maple cabinetry—perfect for quick snacks or morning coffee. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity sink and a tile shower with granite countertops. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting in each room. Though these casitas are attached, they're separated by a locked door, offering both connection and privacy—ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together.

Location: Hard Roq is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.
