Digital in-house controller for the pool and spa allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoors:
This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to comfortably lounge in front of a large HDTV with an Apple TV, natural gas fireplace, and wet bar. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Double French doors lead out to the covered rear patio area and landscaped yard. The fabulous, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters and backsplash, a cooking center with two massive granite islands. GE Profile 5-burner gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances. Instant hot water, double oven with convection, microwave, stainless refrigerator with ice & water dispensers, additional (second) GE Profile Triton dishwasher for those big gatherings. The morning room/nook just off the kitchen has an 8-sided poker table, with a convertible dining top. 

Bedroom Descriptions: 
Master Suite 1 is located next to Suite 2 and features a super-plush King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, HDTV, a changing Electric Fireplace, ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a Lasko soaking tub, a tile shower with a raised bench, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter. 

Suite 2 is located next to Bedroom 5 and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Full-sized Bed, and a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. Suite 2 also boasts a large HDTV, desk, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the garage and is also accessible from the private courtyard. Suite 3 features a King-sized Bed, HDTV, desk, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. 

Casita Suite 4 is accessible from the backyard and is detached from the property. The separate Mega-Casita features a large master bedroom with a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized sofa sleeper, double-sided gas fireplace, HDTV, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink with granite countertop. The living room area features a Queen-sized sofa bed. The casita kitchen area has an under-counter refrigerator, including a high-capacity ice maker, microwave oven, sink, beautiful slab granite counters, and raised European-height maple cabinetry. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting in each room. The large front windows overlook the custom pool, spa, and rock waterfall. Bedroom 5 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Bedroom 6 is located across the laundry room and features a Queen-sized bed, 65-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, clothes hanging bar, and French doors that open up to the outdoor game area. 

The Hallway Bathroom is located across bedroom 5 and features a tile shower and vanity sink with a granite countertop.

The fully equipped laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods. Hard Roq features parking for 5, which includes 2 in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and no street parking.

Location: Hard Roq is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.
