The kids can take a refreshing splash into the pool from the water slide! When you've built an appetite, throw some burgers on the built-in natural gas barbecue, which features a mini-fridge. Savor your burger and dine al-fresco under the expansive covered patio. You'll be delighted with the amount of fun this backyard is filled with. Get some practice at the putting green and spark friendly competition on the classic game of Bean Bag Toss. Under the pergola, this home features fun table games such as a Ping-Pong table, Pool Table, and Shuffleboard table to ensure your vacation is anything but dull. As the sun sets, gather around the natural gas fireplace with your loved ones or relax your muscles inside the warm spa. Mirage is waiting for you!

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday. 
 
Indoors:
This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 55-inch Roku HD television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Just next to the fireplace is a stunning decorative built-in wet bar complete with a sink and white countertop. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Daybed with a Twin Trundle, a 47-inch HDTV, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves. You'll have private access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, step-in tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located by the front door and features two King-sized Beds, a 37-inch HDTV, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The private en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a step-in tile shower, and double vanity sinks. 
Casita Suite 3 is accessible through both the courtyard and the main home. It is located near the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, built-in cabinets with wardrobe space, and private courtyard access. The private en-suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. 
Bedroom 4 is located on the left as you step through the entryway and features a King-sized Bed, 42-inch HDTV, ceiling fan, built-in shelves, and a desk area. 
Bedroom 5 is located across Bedroom 4 and features a Full Over Full with Full Trundle, a Full-sized Bed, and a 50-inch LG Smart TV.

Hallway Bathroom 4 is located at the end of the hallway and features a step-in tile shower and pedestal sink.

This Property has a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
