Outdoors:
Take a dip in the pool in the front courtyard! Soak in some sun on one of the 6 lounger chairs or enjoy a cocktail by one of the twin fire pits. Throw some burgers and hot dogs on the gas barbecue. Need to get away from the kid? Kick back in the back patio on the swing chair with a motorized retractable awning, which provides an additional 200 square feet of shade to the west-facing front patio, or enjoy some alfresco dining at the outdoor dining table for eight. Enjoy some gameplay with one of the outdoor games on the side of the house from the back patio, such as large checkers, Portuguese horseshoes, portable putting green, or a game of beer pong. Challenge a friend or group of friends to a game of ping pong or Xbox on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the climate-controlled Garage.

'Quiet Time' in this city is effective 24 hours a day. No sound amplification is permitted outside 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Indoors:
Enjoy the big game in the living room on the 75-inch Song HDTV just above the double-sided fireplace shared with the game room, along with seating for six on the sofas and chairs. Whip up a family dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features all stainless steel appliances, including a Kitchen-aide french door refrigerator with freezer drawer and ice/water dispenser, Kitchen-aide dishwasher, Thermidor range, and a large double-sink looking out on to the front courtyard. Have a quick meal at the large kitchen island with a sink and bar seating for four. Make a cocktail at the wet bar, which features a large counter and wine fridge. Enjoy a large dinner at the dining table with seating for 12. Challenge a friend to a game of pool in the game room just on the other side of the double-sided fireplace in the living room with access to the back patio. Play a little shuffleboard, enjoy a movie night on the 65-inch TCL with Roku Smart TV, or close the day out by sleeping on the two twin-sized daybed sofas (simply remove the back cushions).

Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite is right off of the game room and features a Cal-King-sized bed, Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, 60-inch Samsung Smart TV, fireplace, and ceiling fan with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, double vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet. Suite 2, which is accessed on the left side of the wet bar, features a Cal-King-sized bed, Queen-sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, double vanity sinks, a vanity seat with a large mirror, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3, which is accessed on the right side of the wet bar, features a Full-sized bunk bed, a Queen-size bed, a Queen-sized Convertible Sofa Sleeper, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with shelves. The bathroom is outside bedroom 3 and features a tile shower and sink. The laundry closet is located between the front door and bedroom 3.

Location: Serendipity is in one of the very best locations, just walking distance to Old town La Quinta, steps away from the walking trail of the La Quinta Cove that leads to Bear Creek, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 20 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
