This awesome space is kept shaded under a Palapa covering with a switch-controlled fan. Misters will keep you cool while you relax with your family and friends and when it gets chilly two heat lamps will warm you up. Savor your favorite meals on the patio dining table with room for six featuring an outdoor television. Enjoy your time playing a friendly game of Ping Pong or Classic Bean Bag Toss Game. Sip on your favorite wine by the natural gas fire-pit with seating for four, then take a dip in the spa. This vacation home opens up to a spacious living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the switch-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for four. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, 65-inch Westinghouse with Roku television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located across from the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is located next to the front door and features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, and remote-controlled ceiling fan. 

The hallway bathroom is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.

This Property has a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund.
