The washer and dryer are located in a utility closet in the game room.

Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 2 is located next to the kitchen and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 40-inch JVC HD television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located next to Suite 2 and features a Full-sized Bed, 40-inch Vizio HD television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located across from Master Suite 1 and features a Full-sized Bed, 40-inch Vizio HD television, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 5 is located next to Bedroom 4 and features a Full-sized Bed, 40-inch Vizio Smart television, and reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is located on the right as enter the hallway and features a bathtub and shower combo and a vanity sink.
