Modernism Week offers a chance to see the character and history of our city. There are two events to experience—one in February and one in October. Modernism Week aims to unite people and celebrate mid-century modern architecture and design through contemporary thinking and a vision for a sustainable and modern future. Since the inaugural event in 2005, Modernism Week has grown each year to include more experiences and excitement! With over 120,000 attendees and counting, you’re in for a treat!
What To Expect
Expect a packed schedule filled with engaging events. From lectures and panel discussions featuring prominent figures in the design world to guided bus tours showcasing notable neighborhoods like the historic Movie Colony, there’s something for everyone.
